Cancellation Policy

LESSONS Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the lesson begins without penalty. If cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 30 days. Lessons may be rescheduled or change locations based on inclement weather at the instructor’s discretion. CLINICS Group clinic registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Makeup clinics may only be accommodated if there is availability in the same clinic level in the same clinic session block. Clinics cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled based on instructor availability. SIMULATOR RENTAL Sim rentals may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. No cancellations will be accepted less then 24 hours before the appointment.
